The consumption of water, electricity and gas are included in the price of stay. Only on request, a supplement of € 70.00 per week for the air conditioning. We rent all the year round for the whole week and on weekends, summer months only. A week's stay begins on Saturday between 17.00 and 20.00 pm and ends the following Saturday at 10.00 am max. There is a 100 euro deposit which will be returned on departure if no damage has been caused.
Prices are for 4 people, opportunity to add one more person with a surcharge of € 50.00 per week. Pets are not allowed.

Air Conditioning only on request with a supplement of 70.00 Euro per week.

To reach the apartment by car from Brindisi airport, you should head towards Lecce-Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, by train to Lecce and then continue by car to Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca or by south-east railways Group to Gagliano del Capo.
